ALL SHOWER DOORS OPEN INTO THE SHOWER. Please do not pull on shower doors. Push only Guest Policy Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Maximum of 2 additional daytime visitors allowed, but must leabe by 10:00 PM. No parties or large gatherings allowed under any circumstances. In the event a guest hosts a party, there will be up to a $1000 fine. Parking Policy & Public Areas Maximium of 2 vehicles allowed on the property. 1 must park under the covered carport (in space labeled "201"). The other must park in the uncovered parking area. Do not park in other tenant parking spaces Do not park in the EV dedicated parking space unless actively charging an electric vehicle. Respect all shared/common areas. No grills or open flames near buildings Smoking Policy No smoking inside the Unit. Smoking is allowed outside only, away from buildings. There will be a $300 Fee for smoking indoors Pet Policy Dogs are allowed ONLY with prior host approval. There will be a $200 fee for unauthorized pets and any damages. No cats allowed Thermostat Policy Do not set thermostat below 68 Degree F. Set thermostat at 80 degrees F at checkout. Remote Policy Do not remove remotes from property (living room fan, bedroom fans (x2), bedroom bed frame light remotes (x2), TV remote. Missing remotes will be responsibility of guest to pay for at a fee of $50/remote Other Items Do not put grease, large food scraps or hard items down in-sinkerator / garbage disposal. Any furniture or damage to property will cause a penalty fee plus the cost to replace/repair damaged items
